The Jasper Gin Fizz 

While you enjoy a serene view of the city from The Jasper, take a sip of our signature cocktail and relax. Originally crafted for The Jasper’s 2018 groundbreaking, The Jasper Gin Fizz is a blend of Charleston Distilling Co.’s Jasper Gin with a refreshing mix of strawberry basil puree, simple syrup, lemonade and club soda. To serve, mix the ingredients together and pour over a glass with ice. Cheers!

Recipe

Ingredients: 

• 4 oz. strawberries sliced  
• 2 basil leaves 
• 1 oz. simple syrup 
• 0.5 oz. lemonade  
• 1 1/2 oz. Charleston Distilling Co.’s Jasper Gin 
• 2 oz. club soda  

Instructions: 

• First, boil strawberries with basil leaves to create the puree, then cool in fridge.  
• Muddle simple syrup and 2 basil leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add puree, lemonade, club soda and gin. 
• Add ice in a glass and pour the mixture. Enjoy!
